Our company pioneers in bringing the best quality of breadcrumbs to the society after realizing its production scarcity in meeting the market’s palate preference of fried foods. Having the experience and resources, we were encouraged to make excellent food-coating products to satisfy this potential market. Our breadcrumbs product - Primera Panko - is produced using imported and authentic breadcrumb-manufacturing technology from Japan in a factory facility that prioritizes the production of high quality, safe, and hygienic breadcrumbs/ Panko ( in Japanese). Our unswerving commitment is further proved by the successful grant of ISO -22000 certification in 2016 by SAI Global - Australian Standard Certification. In its young age, the company strives to innovate and produce wide varieties of food products in order to set and keep up with the world’s culinary trends.
Our industrial production process of Primera Panko comes from a careful selection of raw materials and the development of procedures that respect their original quality. The right production process includes an understanding of the interaction between the raw materials during the conversion process. When applied correctly, the combination of selected high quality raw materials and process will result in the best final product.
The production uses the technology of an electrode baking oven which results in authentic Japanese Bread Crumbs ( JBC) with finest textures, needle shape and open structures, all of which are the characteristic of good JBC. These crumbs are then further dried using fluidized bed drying technology to attain the standard moisture and minimal shape deformation in Primera Panko. The advanced systems in our production has allowed the most suitable breadcrumbs for light eating with the best taste in flavors and quality.

The emphasis on strong research is significant for the purpose of Primera Panko’s quality improvement and product innovations. There is also an ongoing effort in R&D department to improve its process in order to achieve overall work success and cost efficiency.
